I can not tell you how I look forward to making healthy meals and not doing the esay drive through. I have to say my favorite vege is the zucchini sliced up, sprinkled with .5 oz of fresh parmesan cheese and bake @ 425 for about 15 minutes. I wish they made that cheese without the nasty smell. Working out is great too. I am spreading the Spark at my gym and hoping to get a few members to join in so I can have a buddy at the gym so we can keep tabs on each other.
