Ahhhh hump day we are now on the slide to the weekend. I have a wedding this weekend and have no idea what they will be serving. I'll have to watch what I eat earlier in the day and still to filling, low-cal foods, get my calcium in early and lots of water. Good thing I have a golf game scheduled for the morning so I can burn off some calories early. I will also make sure I get a long walk in on Friday and Sunday. Surround the wedding in calorie burning activities. LOL Not sure if there is to be dancing at this wedding or not.
