Today is Tuesday and I started a new workout plan yesterday.
I want to try and mix it up a little. there is so much advice out there, you can get conflicting opinions from what you read online and from other friends, etc.
I'm going to start doing lower body on M, W and upper body on T and Th. Also going to try doing cardio after my weights, so I guess we will have to wait and see how that will work out.
I guess the key is just keeping at it and not giving up.
