FEELIN GOOD

This is a short blog, but I've been feeling good about myself and wanted to share; I've lost a total of 18 lbs in the last two months and I'm exercising daily. I never thought I'd enjoy it but I feel better physically AND emotionally afterward.

It may sound selfish but my main motivation right now is me; I'm tired of being tired and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I also need to set a better example for my daughters; they deserve a mother who can keep up with them without always being exhausted. My husband is supportive (despite his physical absence) and I'm determined to stay focused--no going back!

Thanks for taking the time to read this some what rambling blog and for my SP pals continued support; with any luck, I'll be at my goal weight in no time: )
