I've been stuck with my weight for a long time now and have finally decided to get really serious about kicking into high gear. Probably doesn't hurt that I have my annual checkup next week.
I'm tracking everything I eat and trying for workouts both morning and night. Since I'm really into the jogging lately I'm doing 20 minutes, a mile and a half, on the treadmill twice a day.
I will break thru into the 170's!
Well finally! Life kept getting in the way of working out like I had planned but I guess sweating thru a 5k with the newly formed River City Running Club did the trick. Breaking that 180 barrier is just the motivation I need.
