I am on my 9th week of walking. I have not lost any weight, but my clothes are fitting different. I am OK with that.
I use the trackers faithfully when I feel well. I started logging my food again yesterday.
It was a wake up call - even though I had healthy food yesterday, I was on high sodium - low on protein, which is a big NO for my kidney disease. So I am back on the trackers. WOOHOO!
Yesterday when I walked, the hour flew by... my body easily walked the 3 miles. My foot did have discomfort last night and did not "work" very well. Its life. Today when I got on the treadmill I moved my pace up one notch for both the work cycle and the rest cycle.
I dont care that the scale has not moved, because I have and I wont stop moving.
