I am sooooooo happy I will tell you all I did see the 229 last summer but it was only for a couple days and not because I was eating right it was because I got sick and this time its for all the right reasons! No looking back only looking forward and this scale will only be moving down! I have noticed that I'm losing by not only the scale but also by how my clothes fit its exciting my shirts are getting to big and my shorts fit much better can't wait till they all fall off so I can buy new stuff that is way more flattering!
The biggest thing I'm doing now that is keeping my wieghtloss moving is I really stay away from the bad carbs I eat lots of protein and fresh fruits and veggies. My down falls are eating out and I am getting a little better with that but its still hard depending on where we go so I make it a point not to eat out often! My other down falls in that past have been pizza, bread and pasta and in the past 6wks I have had pizza once and if I fix my family pasta a have a bite or 2 to make sure it is done or tastes ok and that is it. I have aloud myself to have a treat here and there but don't over due it I did have ice cream yesterday from Mc Donalds they have snack size mc flurries which is still kind of a lot but it was a one day thing we don't live near a Mc Donalds (which is a very good thing) that use to be a big down fall for me when my husbands was gone alot I use to take my kids there often because is was cheap and easy but not anymore!
I'm kind of nervous about this wknd we are going camping for 4 days and I am soo excited but at the same time kind of nervous because I won't be near my scale for 3 days and camping usually bribngs on lots of munching! I have a plan tho! I plan on taking lots of fruit and protein I can eat and sticking to the not eating bread with my brauts or burgers! I have a weigh in with my Dr monday and so there are no days to make up if I screw up on the wknd and I want to be down to atleast 226 when I go weigh in so I will be trying my hardest to be as close to perfect as possible!
I'm not sure how many BLC I've been in so far but I will tell you this is my best one ever this is the best and most progress I've made in sometime!
In closing for today I will say for me its amazing how seeing a good # on the scale can make my day brighter! Can't wait to see what it says tomorrow! GO RED HOTS
