Came up short today

I came up short in my calorie count today. I think I overcompensated after blowing my calorie count on my last two gym workout days. I considered meeting my calorie goal today by "rewarding" myself, but I decided to just leave it be. I am going to the Yankees/Astros game this weekend and I'm sure to blow out my calorie count then.

But I still completed my strength and cardio workout today and drank my 8 cups of water.

    Yeah!!! you drank your water!!! So proud of you!!! Keep it up!!! Somedays I don't get all my calories in either..some days I exercise too much...others too little...as long as we keep going forward we will reach our goals!!! Have fun!! xxBarb

  Good job working out and drinking your water. I always have to be careful when it comes to food and rewards, even seemingly simply things like rewarding and meeting my calorie range. It's all a slippery slope for me.
