I came up short in my calorie count today. I think I overcompensated after blowing my calorie count on my last two gym workout days. I considered meeting my calorie goal today by "rewarding" myself, but I decided to just leave it be. I am going to the Yankees/Astros game this weekend and I'm sure to blow out my calorie count then.
But I still completed my strength and cardio workout today and drank my 8 cups of water.
