Hopefully everyone's week is off to a awesomely productive start. This week's challenge will be simple, yet I hope "lifestyle-changing" as we take a look at the DIVA Wishlist.
On the ABC Program, The Extreme Make-Over Home Edition, have you noticed that while the family's home is being overhauled they are usually sent on a dream vacation? Typically it's a place that they have always dreamed of visiting, but due to their circumstances and just dealing with the everyday events of life they had not been able to previously make that wish become a reality.
This week we're going to put a spin on that dream trip and even the wishlist of what they want their new home to look like.
Is there something that you've dreamed or wished for, but you've held off or procrastinated because you want to wait until you reach your dream weight or size? Well, this week's challenge is for you!
**THE DIVA WISHLIST**
Please begin by reading our only SPARK Article this week "Confessions of a Reformed Procrastinator: Break the Energy-Sapping Cycle" www.sparkpeople.com/reso
Then implement one of the six anti-procrastination habit suggestions on page three of that article that you can implement THIS WEEK!
Finally, either blog/journal/or comment on this blog about a WISH that you would like to turn into a REALITY and what steps you will take THIS WEEK to get the ball in motion. Then create a visual indicator to help keep you motivated.
For example, Yours Truly has decided that it's time to turn my WISH of writing a book into a REALITY. I had put this project on the back burner because I'm not at my goal weight... although I have approximately 75% of the manuscript completed.
Well, last weekend I attended a workshop entitled "Write that Book Now" and it set me on fire with enthusiasm! So, with the Good LORD's help I am making serious plans to have the project completed by 2011.

Remember to update your posts for the previous weeks, and if you're behind on your posts (like yours truly) now is a good time to stop procrastinating (smile).
