    I'm so glad to see that you are still sticking to this. Sounds like you might have gotten through your plateau. They say you should mix up your workout routine every 6-8 weeks. I've started doing a biggest loser DVD on my non-running days. It really works muscles I never knew I had. :)

    Keep plugging away, you'll break through 180 very soon.
