pre-PARING meals

Today,I read a blog about "Is a healthy lifestyle worth it?". It went on to say,"of course it's worth it, because you are worth it!!".

Later on, the blog was going through my mind, I was preparing my salads for my lunch and dinner meals and I wanted to use a lot of veggies I had in the fridge. Usually, I only put cucumber, lettuce, and tomato because I think its to much time cutting everything.

I cut peppers, mushrooms and carrots for the salad, because I'M WORTH IT !!!
I tasted a piece of the carrot, it was so sweet! I thought to myself, it is worth the effort you put into yourself.

    Our salads ususally consist of bagged salad fixings and I like the salad more when it has other ingredients in it. We are worth extra effort, we care for our family.

    PERFECT! On those day's you just don't feel like doing it, remember how sweet that carrot was and how WORTH it you are! In the long run, you will be so glad you did it!
