I found the Spark application for the Iphone in early January when I was searching for an application to track your food intakes. I use it every day and with every meal. In addition, I can also track how I am doing with my exercises!
I found it more resourceful when I go out to eat . This application helps me order the foods that have fewer calories in a restaurant menu. Do not be afraid of going out or be close to food. Just make sure to keep taking the right food choices and you will get to your weight goal sooner than you think!
Keep focus in your goal and use all the help that you can get to reach it! My favorite tool is the Spark!
