    Hey! Here is a really yummy chili recipe that I make, its so easy. I love beans in my chili so I thought you might like this :)
It's ok to go overboard once in awhile, if we were careful all the time then our bodies wouldnt know what to do with foods, like chinese food, and would freak and probably make us sick. So good job getting back on the horse! I didn't do amazing yesterday either... so today I'm just going to try to do better, plain and simple.
