I LOVE to post progress. After sticking with an exercise routine last week, I'm please ro report a total loss of 5 pounds! Two for me and three for my husband! (: He wasn't as thrilled as I was, but hopefully it will keep him motivated for this week.
The last time I tracked my weight, I was at 144, and now I am at 142.something. I hope I can also stick with it this week. I will not be able to do formal exercise Thursday-Saturday, so I need to focus on eating right on those days. (:
This week's plan:
Mon- biggest losers DVD
Tues- jogging outside + ab workout in the morning
Wed- 1 or 2 miles walk/jog video + ab workout in the morning
Thur- ab workout in the morning + MAYBE 1 mile walk/jog video in the morning too
Thursday evening I will be setting up for a yard sale which exercise in itself, and will working the yard sale Fri & Sat.
I hope I can stick with it!! (:
