    Well, you can definitely do this! It's very difficult to change a lifestyle of bad habits, to one of good or better habits. You will have your challenges, but to overcome some of the challenges you will face, you will need to turn to your friends. That's where Spark People come in.

    You will make a great deal of friends here, ready to give you support and ready to give you tips. They will share what has worked for them and how they have overcome their obstacles.

    Remember, losing the weight won't happen overnight, but it will happen. When it does, you're face is going to light up and your motivation is going to increase.

    Exercise is key and keep it consistent! You're going to do just fine!
