It's a new day! I decided that I was not going to let little things that happen in my life of which I have no control over derail me from my mission which is to become a healthier, happier more energetic person.
Woke up today at 7 and had my normal 2 cups of coffee,,my treat for the day. Then I ate a healthy breakfast even though my hubby offered to go get breakfast tacos..that was what I ate in my old life...Bacon, potato and egg tacos.
I chose to have cream cheese on toast with half a banana, a glass of orange juice and a glass of milk.
For lunch I ate yogurt, a bacon sandwich with the lower calorie bread...which I must say tastes like paper to me...any suggestions on a low cal bread that taste better?
I am eating the low fat homey wheat bread....don't like it much.
For supper I was going to make pork tenderloin but the time was getting too late and I didn't want to mess up my new schedule of eating dinner early so I opted for a Compleat, fruit salad and some white rice.
I really need to work on my menu and start learning new ways to cook that is better for me.
I am going to check out the recipes here before I make next weeks menu.
I will do this....I will do this....I WILL DO THIS!
