I am so glad you are so happy and so excited about school!

And yes, it's so true, being succesful in one area of life sparkes right over to the next! I am about to finish school and have my final exams coming soon, and I have been more focused and determined than ever, now that I take care of eating right and exercising! That really helped and pushed me!

And you can be very proud of yourself for not smoking!! This is a huge accomplishment!!

Keep it all going, one day at a time.

You are on the right track. The smoking is a hard thing to quit. If you want to quit smoking and save money . Put the money that you would spend on cigarettes in a jar that you can see and put it in there every day. You could afford it when you were smoking so you should afford it when you are not smoking. You WILL crave something. so drink coffee, or water or something like a diet drink. Expect to gain weight! . I speak from experience. I smoked 2.5 packages of cigarettes for about 30 yrs, You may not be able to lose weight and quit smoking at the same time. You will cough up black gunk out of your lungs. I never had a smokers cough until I quit smoking. It kept up for about 6 months. Smoking is the tough one. The weight will come off when you are ready to take it to the next step. Do Not BE Hard on yourself. One thing at a time. Good luck!

You look really happy while talking about college so I know you are stoked! Congrats on the NOT smoking :) I am very proud of you. The coughing thing is normal when you quit smoking so don't worry about that unless you get some other symptoms. Keep that positive energy going because having the right attitude is at least half of the battle!!!
