OK. I've lost a little over 40 pounds in five months and met my first major goal. I think I've been a little wacky because I've not really defined a realistic second major goal. I had told myself to just get here and then see what happens. If I do that, I sort of expect to continue to lose at the same pace. Now, I'm adjusting and making my second goal to be losing 2-4 pounds/month, continue to lose inches and see if I can lose 20 more pounds by my 1 year sparkaversary. In addition, I'm still working toward my first 5K in September and I'm starting the 100 push up challenge. So there. I feel better already. Needed to take my own advice and focus on living, not the scale.
