Some time ago I posted a blog about my rings falling off. That was a great feeling, to "under-grow" my jewelry. With the help of something called "ring snuggies", they stay on now. I don't wear them very often, as the snuggie is a little uncomfortable, but I can wear them if I choose to. It will be wonderful when I can finally have them re-sized!

I was sewing a button back on a blouse this morning, and my thimble kept slipping off. Now, the blouse was on the clearance rack, so I'm not distraught about having to sew a button back on! I'm going backwards through clothing sizes, so pretty much everything I buy these days is from the clearance rack! Ungrowing my thimble never occurred to me, though. Is that even possible? The thimble didn't stretch; it's metal! But the dog-gone thing will not stay on.

So, my next shopping trip will be to buy a new thimble. That is so unexpected. And, so amazing.
