It's funny because the last time I wrote in April, it had been 51 days since logging in.. this time it had been 55.. That 106 days. The days have gone by but not much has changed. I did go to the gym for two weeks, I still haven't had soda, but my weight remains the same. And so... here I am again. My goals this week will be simple. Log into sparkpeople daily. Track food, even if it's not within range. Excersise daily for 15 minutes. I am tired of feeling like a failure. Slow and steady wins the race..
