I'm almost over the Hump!

Friday, June 04, 2010

Well it finally came back! The Lyme Tested for Negative. Good news! Bad news- I have to finish the antibiotics that are breaking havoc on my body- overall pain, soreness, nausea, and if nothing else comes form this? It seems to have declared me positive for Systemic Lupus- I'm to visit a Specialist ASAP to relate what & how I've dealt with this antibiotic. It seems that it tends to bring to the front whether you have Lupus, if you do? Believe me! Avoid taking this antibiotic if at all possible! It can not only make the symptoms worse, it can bring out any that had been dormant in your system back into action. Which is what seems to have happened to me. I am very much back where I started in 1997, minus the weight. Though I have gained some, about 5 lbs. Difficult to say whether it's due to the swelling or actual weight?

I cannot be in Sunlight for long now- much to my & the Hounds dismay! I start to feel dizzy, sweat profusely, and a rash will start to appear. My joints hurt, especially my feet & hands- part of why I haven't been on here much. The muscle spasms of my body from the waist to my neck, and in my toes! Are just horrible. I deal as best I can, as I've always done. One day at a time. Only now the one step at a time is a lot harder to take.

Love U guys! Thanks for all your wishes & prayers. I'll drop by as much as possible.

If you've read my recent blog I stated haveing to be away fm my workouts and gained 11 pounds. UGH! I'm really working hard to lose these pounds I am so very unhappy with my self right now. I hope all is better for you, many times we get the hard times in life in our way and we just gotta go forward. You take care. (((Hugs)))

{{{{{Shell}}}}} When it rains, it pours. you have had some good news, hooray. I think that your hubby should be lending a hand with those hounds as you work your way through all of the issues going on in your life. Although, having a hubby of my own, I know that they don't always do what is needed--just what they think is needed, lol. Anyway, I hope that you get to feeling better soon. Be careful with antibiotics, my friend. When I had the infection in my spine some 5 years ago, the antibiotics they were treating me with almost killed me--it was the second such issue I had within some three weeks and it left a lasting mark on my thinking about things like antibiotics and medical treatments.
Take good care of yourself, my friend!!

I'm glad you've had some good news, but not glad that you're still not feeling well. You've had a really tough spring this year. Keep taking good care of yourself and we'll keep praying for you. You will make it through all of this, but I know how hard it is to be patient and to not feel well.
    Love you!

    Hey Lady,

Sorry to hear you've been sick. I've wondered where you've been and I've missed ya. Hope you get better soon. Keep us posted whenever you can. What is the name of the antiobiotic so we know NOT to take it?

    Take care.
