I have kept up with the Old Firm 90 day rotation thus far and 1 day behind on Power 90. Yesterday did Tough Tape and the day before about died with Core Cardio I. I was so tired I had to check how much time was left in the workout. It made me really appreciate the counter in Power 90. I've done Phase 1-2 Sculpt and Cardio/Abs once and will continue tonight. So far so good except I had work issues last night and didn't go to bed until 1:30. So, tonight will be a true challenge. But trying to be accountable to myself as well as all of you!
