    Welcome to the program!
I have been on LFR for about 7 weeks now - since it started April 19. I have a 9 lb, an 18 lb & a 24 lb kettle bell. I don't use the 9 lb at all anymore.
Here's a link to Alysia's website that helps you determine what size you should be using:

    Hope that helps!

I bought mine yesterday @ Target ... bought 10 and 15 only used 10 so far (2 workouts) and i think the 10 is too light for swings/squats..... next workout going to use the 15 for that and 10 for arm presses/rows.....also got a cute pair of pink Go Fit gloves emoticon

Got mine at Target. I have 7 and 15 lbs, need a heavier one for swings!

Big sporting good stores like Galyans and Dicks Sporting goods will have them. Target and WalMart also carry them. I heard that they're more reasonable at Walmart than Target.

I started out with 10 and 15 pounds, now have 10, 15 & 20... but I think I need something even bigger. Hoping to get a 25-pound for my birthday next week!
