I'm back again. I have tried WW again and I really find Spark People a better site to work with.
I have been doing well this week, meeting most of my goals. I am in KC right now and because I have High Speed interent up here I just did one of Coach Nicole's videos. It was great. Short and sweet and I really feel it.
