Back Squats - 5 sets x 5 reps = 25 reps. Your supposed to go real heavy with this exercise. However, I have a bad knee and no spotter. So i did the smart thing, and stuck to something i can do without hurting myself. Safety first before trying to prove your Superman & my wife will kill me if anything happened to me =). No joke!
Weights - 40 lbs + 20 lb Weighted Vest = 60 lbs total
Reps - 25 reps x 2 sets = 50 reps total
I'm not quite sure if i did the Squats correctly, but i do notice that i tend to shift my weight due to my bad knee. Regardless, i got the workout done! It was short and sweet! 8 mins Total!
