After over one month at exactly the same weight, have FINALLY dropped a whole two pounds. I'm pretty good with the exercie, but still have to fight nervous/emotional eating, especially at night. Just joined a gym and intend to go 2 - 3 times per week to supplement the walking and bike I do at home. Am waiting 'til I get below 150 to make the move to level 4 - didn't think it would take this long,.
