I decided to use yesterday as a rest day which I am still kind of disappointed about. I know you should give your body a day to rest and recover here and there, but I feel like I still should have made myself do at least a short workout. I did, however, make up for my lack of exercise yesterday by doubling up on my workouts today. Today was Day 2 of Level 1 for Jillian Michael's 30DS and I completed my 30 min. interval workout on the treadmill. Although I haven't seen any real changes on the scale yet, I think that I am slowly starting to feel better. I can even push myself a little bit harder each day on the treadmill! I refuse to let myself get discouraged this time around!! As long as I keep heading in the right direction, as long as I keep feeling healthier and more in shape, I will be happy and keep on moving!
