4 weeks 3 days a week ALLL DONE!

hey all so i did my 4 weeks of working out at the boot camp 3 days a week.. i lost 2.5 inches!! WOOHOO!! i am not even looking at a scale righ tnow, im going by inches.. and WOW! AWESOME! and i did 13 more pushups from the beginning to end.. and (i don thave the paper here, so when i do, ill post down the % higher i did in the fitness test! but all i did AWESOME except for those icky sprints!! lol but AWESOME! soo excited! and starting AGAIN for another 4 weeks 3 times a week on monday!
