GOOD MORNING! My weight is back in my healthy weight range today. Down 2.5 pounds over night. HMMM! Not sure where that puts me. We'll see what tomorrow brings. My weight fluxes a lot from day to day but as I track it I am ussually pretty aware of reasons for the fluctuation. This time I just don't know and am not sure what my body is doing. Have had some changes in my monthly cycle and I am no longer taking my herbal support to see what happens without it for a few weeks now in the summer when my schedule is not as demanding. I also consumed a lot of sodium over the weekend. Whatever happens in the next week I am staying with that same Aug. 14th 145 pound goal for now. I am still trying to sell myself fully on that particular number. Havn't been there before.
Today looks like a rainy day. We probably need the rain. I am doing my big indoor workout today. Elliptical, Zumba and an extended weight session. So if it's gotta rain I am glad it's a day I am already planning to be indoors.

Gotta be feeling hopeful about things right now. Hope you are all encouraged by something today.

    Congratulations on setting a great goal and working so hard to achieve it!! That is a great step in the right direction!!! I love being at 145 too-it is a great weight....I feel best at that weight it seems. Love your indoor regimine. Sounds quite demanding! You are really working hard!! I know you are gong to achieve your goal. Can't wait to celebrate that day with you!!
