Name that movie!
So this last week I thought I was doing pretty good because I have been biking so much. It has put my calories burned for the week significantly over the estimate, but I have been eating at the top of my range, rather than the bottom of it as I usually do, so it should account for the extra burned calories. And yet instead of finally breaking through 160, I bounced back up from 160.5 to 162. This may be nothing. It is on ly one weigh-in one week. But I was so excited to finally see the scale register a 15something. I'll give it another week and see how I do. I don't feel evidence of being any skinnier in any way either, but that is always gradual. One week to the next hardly ever does make a difference. Neoma suggested I might be gaining muscle in my legs from biking, which is entirely possible, I suppose. She also suggested it may be something to do with my cycle (as in it is starting back up since weaning the baby). I would have no problem with this if only it were true. Only time will tell.
