Day one of the challenge went well and getting up the next day wasn't bad at all. Just a little bit of backside soreness...lol.
Today I did day 2 of week three and it went well. I actually had to do the challenge at my desk. It was a busy day and was able to sneak about 10 minutes to do it. Everything was going fine until my last set. I had 2 left and the phone rang. So my last set was 20 instead of 22.
My goal that I had set in May was to take the steps at work instead of the elevator. I work in a 4 story building. My office is on the third floor. I park by an entrance that brings you in on the 2nd floor. So I really had no excuse not to. I never once this month got on that elevator in May.
I'm continuing that goal into June, plus I'm adding a salad a day. I really need to add more veggies to my diet. So this is a start.
Lastly, one month ago, my hubby and I adopted a 3 year mixed dog at the Cuyahoga County Kennel. Every night after work we go on 2 mile walk along the lake shore. I thought I would share some sites with you
