So far so good-yesterday I was over on sodium, but where I needed to be on calories and fat. I have been drinking water all along, so this is not an area I need to work on. I am doing small bursts of exercise-20 minute walk, 10 minutes in elliptical, 20 minutes on stationary bike. The Spark article 25 Ways too Get Restarted was very helpful.
