Day One Challenge to destress my Life

Having started this stressless journey is due to the goal that I have set for this month. This June I'm going t loss those 2 pounds that keep coming back time after time. My body has a set point of 270. I'm going to break that set point this month by losing those two pounds and keeping them off.
I'm feeling just fine and I'm off to bed.

This is my first entry for the Journal I'm keeping for the Challenge on Stress.

    emoticon Just make it a point to move more each day. I recommend finding some yoga poses to do, they help me de-stress each morning and energize me to seize the day.

Good luck and keep that determination it will take you far, plus you've got the cutest cheerleaders/coaches around!

    Thanks Sara & Debbie! with both of you on my side how can I fall apart! Well, I have to get rid of the 1/2 gall of ice cream that is sitting in my freezer. what a mistake that can become. Got it for a dinner this week and I think instead of it sitting in my freezer I'm giving it to those who I'm having dinner with later. Any way my freezer doesn't keep ice cream hard the way Richard really likes it. Even better reason to pass it forward in advance! TEEHEE
