Good Eats #3 - Maple Cinnamon Butternut Squash Sundae

Tuesday, June 01, 2010

Oh yes. It's dessert time! I've learned that in order to succeed with my weight loss, I cannot deny myself they simple pleasure of dessert every once and a while. I mean, sometimes you just need sugar!

I've satisfied my sweet tooth by only allowing myself dessert twice a month and only after I've met my exercise goals. I'm proud to say i was able to have dessert along with everyone else this Memorial Day weekend. What did i have for dessert, you say? I had my FAVORITE dessert; a Maple Cinnamon Butternut Squash Sundae.

Ingredients:

- Turkey Hill Vanilla Bean Frozen Yogurt

In my opinion, this is not bad for a sundae. Of course, I only splurge once every few months.

Do you have other dessert recipes that include butternut squash? I hope everyone had a great weekend. As always, good luck reaching all your goals!
