Day 1 - Old Firm and Power 90

Today I started a 90 day rotation of the Old Firm Videos and Power 90. The old Firm workout was Bust and Butt (lots of Hover squats and push ups), followed by 5 day abs. Later in the afternoon, I also did Power 90 Sculpt level 1-2. My arms are feeling sore already!!
