I'm still hovering between 142-145. Not bad, but I've been trying to get motivated and serious about losing the last 7-10 lbs. SO far it has not worked out.
Last week, I did good at the exercise part, I jogged about 6.5 miles and did a video (biggest losers) twice. But the eating part was not that great.
This week, so far I've jogged 2.5 miles (Sun), did the biggest loser's workout last night (Mon), and this morning I started my day with an ab workout.
Tonight, if it's not raining I plan to jog 2.5-3 miles then tomorrow morning, I'd like to start my day with 1 mile video + the ab workout and stick with that all week. I'm alternating my evenings (Wed off and Sat a "make up" day if needed) with jogging and the biggest losers workout. I'm doing the evening stuff with my husband. (: Yeah!
Now, if I could only get through this week, I will hopefully stay motivated for the rest of June! I may try to start tracking my food again, we'll see what happens!
