I ran yesterday outside, trying to train for the 5K coming up. I ran 3 miles without stopping to take a break and was completely amazed at myself. I really didn't think I could do it. So if I keep this 'training' up for the next two weeks then I should be ready and ABLE to run that 5K without stopping, which is my personal goal. I guess I just need to believe in myself and push myself to do it, because I can, its just that sometimes that little negative voice inside my head tells me I can't, I'm tired, I want to stop and walk, excuses! excuses!! Just do it!! I just had to prove to myself that I could.

    Billie- I understand the voices always saying no, no, no or something to that extent. You are doing a wonderful job. Only 10 more pounds to go? You CAN do this! Give to yourself, believe in yourself and find time to be yourself. You will succeed! By the way you have a beautiful smile! Let it shine through!
