I ran yesterday outside, trying to train for the 5K coming up. I ran 3 miles without stopping to take a break and was completely amazed at myself. I really didn't think I could do it. So if I keep this 'training' up for the next two weeks then I should be ready and ABLE to run that 5K without stopping, which is my personal goal. I guess I just need to believe in myself and push myself to do it, because I can, its just that sometimes that little negative voice inside my head tells me I can't, I'm tired, I want to stop and walk, excuses! excuses!! Just do it!! I just had to prove to myself that I could.
