Healthy muffins full of fruit

I made my breakfast muffins - last set for this school year.

Usually, I use no-sugar applesauce, an orange or two, and two cups of cranberries (for 24 muffins). Today, I added an apple (peel and all) in the blender when I pureed the orange.

So - while it isn't a whole serving of any one fruit, I'm guessing 2 muffins equals one serving of fruit. Plus fiber from the oatmeal and whole wheat. And healthy fat (and a little protein) from the walnuts. And yogurt instead of milk.

I guess I should go put them in the fridge, before I eat more than my serving of 2!
