I started the Couch to 5K program a few weeks ago. I just finished week 3. It feels really good! I hope by starting to run I will break this 6 month plateau. I really want to post a picture of myself at 60 pounds!
Good for you. I notice when I walk that the endophins in my brain are released and I feel so much happier after I have walked. I am not a runner and I don't know that my joints at my age would appreciate me starting a running program but they sure do like walks. I did about 17,000 steps yesterday (about 7 miles) and it was great. My dog goes with me and he is much happier too when I get him out there walking. 2633 days ago
