Coming off of a 2 week vacation, I'm acting like a slug! This has got to end!
Setting a monthly goal in April of walking 90 miles kept me going, so it's time to revisit goals. I was thinking about doing another mileage goal, but even tho I love walking, I got a little bored in April. I need to be able to mix things up.
I have decided to do Fitness Minutes this month. I'll still be walking a lot, but I can also shake things up. 1500 minutes is what I'm planning on. It will be an average of 50 minutes each day, that way if life happens a couple of days, I'll still be triumphant!
