well last week was suppose to be week 5 of couch to 5k but I totaly skipped on all my workouts for an entire week. I did other stuff, including getting out walking but I totaly neglected my walking/jogging routine. I made alot of excuses for myself. My knees were hurting last week while jogging so I used that as my main excuse for not doing my workouts. Truth is though that I could have done them, I was just not wanting to run.
I started on week 4 again this week.... because Im not ready to move on to week 5 workouts. Week 4 is still extreamly challenging.
So My 5k is this comming friday and I am only up to running for 5 minutes at a time.... Its ok though, I am just going to do it in intravals. I figure running for 3 minutes at a time is comfortable enough for me to do now so I will run for 3 minutes and walk for 2 minutes. Im sure I can finish in under an hour doing it like that.
There is a chance of rain on friday
Its really gonna suck if it rains.
Im going to get all my workouts in this week and Im going to do my best come friday.
