Today I started the 200 squat challenge. I took the pretest and was able to get 41 out before I lost good form.
According to the directions for the challenge, if you complete more then 35, you start at week 3. Really?!?! So I waited a little while longer and took the test again. The results this time?? Another 41 consecutive squats before I lost form.
So I started with week 3....Five sets - 16, 22, 17, 17, 22...
Maybe I should have gone with my gut and started at week one...lol...
The plan is to do the challenge 3 days a week for 6 weeks. I'll be doing the challenge Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will make it a point to report my results here.
