Breaking the Habit...

I think I'm out of that "slump" that I hit when I start a new weight-loss plan... The "slump" of worrying about being hungry and being so hungry after work that I get a snack right before dinner... I've planned out my meals almost every day for the last 8 weeks and I've definitely gotten the hang of it. I've even drastically reduced what I was eating when I started on here. My stomach has definitely shrunk down quite a bit because I'm finding I get full on much less food than before. (Crash dieters always know when their stomach changes size... :-P ) And I'm really getting to like exercising on my elliptical! I even exercised on Thanksgiving! haha

I guess that's all for now... :)
