    Yes that is so true, portions can get out of controll if left eyeballing it, you always tend to put more on the plate lol!

    So true!! I don't eat anything (at home) without weighing it or measuring it. It's even gotten to the point where I bring a 1 cup measure and an extra container to the ballpark to measure out my serving of pasta (when I buy the pasta, that is!)... it's the only way I can control my eating. But it is still so difficult when eating out. emoticon emoticon

I've found that I've had so much more success when I measure instead of eye-balling my portions.
