Well done Imojane! It is possible to turn a bad (negative) day, into a good (positive) one.

Well done on keeping on track!!! It really is important to not let a day go to will make you feel horrible when you get into bed later. Your go-and-get-'em attitude is infectious! emoticon

You know, I think it sounds kinda silly, but I have been looking for another word to use besides, "exercise" or "working out" and I really, really, really like the word "sport."

    So thanks! lol

And great job on keeping on track despite the blahs. :) Have fun with your boyfriend and good luck on your exams! :D WOOT!

Wowwwww....You ARE A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE OF HOW ORGANIZATION IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF BECOMING ALL THAT YOU CAN BE! Bravo on a fantastic pep talk!!! I admire your planning, counting, journaling, and sharing with all of us~how easily this can be incorporated into our own lives. Please keep these videos coming. Love your accent by the way~where are you from if you dont mind me asking. I have a dear friend, of 12 years + in Australia, and you sound so much like him. Just felt like he was a little closer than 16 hours away. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Warmed my heart big, that you did. emoticon
