Day 5

It's been an up and down week. Over-all I've done well. I've cheated several tims, but have always figured in the calories. I've gone to the y twice. The car is in the shop so it's been harder this week. I blew it last night with a poptart, carmel corn and ritz/cheese spread. But today did well. I'm feeling good and have had more energy than previously. I know it's from the healthier eating (for the most part!)
