Well after a few weeks of arguing with my scale......I am still sticking to my program and my exercise regimen but the scale is NOT moving......I have decided to make it disappear for a few days. I was getting frustrated and finally sat down and had a nice long talk with myself. I will NOT let the scale predict how my lifestyle change is going!!!! I will be the only one to predict if I am suceeding or not. I get out and walk my dog a minimum of 1-3 miles a day (depending on the weather) and I CAN DO IT!!!! A year ago when I started my journey, I couldn't walk around the block without being exhausted. I am doing Zumba a minimum of two days a week and still lifting weights. I AM suceeding. Maybe the scale likes to throw those ugly numbers out at me, but I am NOT going to let that get me down or ruin my triumphs.
