Stop the Food Addiction

Well, I'm back to my old bad eating habits. I don't know how I got back here. Thankfully, due to exercise, I haven't gained any weight....yet. But I also haven't lost weight either. I've still got at lest 30 pounds to go.
I just started reading the book Women, Food, God. We'll see if it will help me. It seems that whenever I am losing weight, I eat so much better. I haven't lost any weight in about 2 months so I guess I've gotten discouraged and fell into my old habits.
