If you read my post yesterday, you know I haven't been on Spark the last 2 weeks. I haven't done much in the way of exercising either. But last night I got back on Spark, wrote the blog (journaling has always been therapeutic for me), did a bunch of things to earn points, and most importantly - today I got back to exercising! It felt SO good.
One of the main motivating factors for me to start this journey was to lose weight for my high school reunion coming up this fall. I'm on the planning committee for it and we've got a meeting coming up in 3 weeks. I'd like to lose 3 pounds to make a total of 20 by that meeting. It's not gonna happen with me sitting on the couch every night.
