I am getting into a routine with eating right during the week for breakfast, lunch and using what remaining numbers I have left to plan my dinner so I stick within my guidelines. I am enjoying going to the gym 4-5 days a week and really loving running. 15 weeks ago I couldnt run for one minute, now I am running for 39 and doing 3.25 miles three times a week. I mailed registration for my second 5K and am looking forward to improving my time from my first one. I know this is Memorial day weekend and my hubbys birthday, so I will plan so that I dont totally kill my calories, but I will remember also that its ok to splurge once in a while. I am so glad I found this place and am actually looking forward to in the near futire going shopping for new clothes as what was in my closet that was too tight is now getting too loose and by fall I will need a new wardrobe. what a shame.
